Biography
Most Rev. Francis Serrao, S.J., was appointed Bishop of Mysore on 15 August 2025. A member of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), he is the present Ordinary of the Diocese of Mysore.
The Diocese welcomes the faithful, the clergy, the religious and all visitors to its website, and invites all to walk together as a missionary, pastoral and Eucharistic community, rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. May the intercession of Our Lady, Mother of the Church, accompany the Diocese on its pilgrim journey.
